The PlayWalk bag
How big is the bag?
Our patent pending PlayWalk™ was designed to fit everything you need for adventures with your best friend or running errands solo. You'll be able to fit your phone, wallet, keys, two poop bag rolls, lots of treats, ball/toy, collapsible bowl (depending on size), lip balm and more. I've even carried a very small umbrella in there!
External dimensions: 9.5 x 5.5 x 3 in
Ball Pocket: fits regular sized balls with a circumference of up to 8" (Chuckit!, tennis, etc).
Strap Length: 25"- 46"
Is it machine washable?
Yes!! To ensure your PlayWalk™ has a long life, place it in a mesh laundry bag before tossing it into the washing machine. Wash in cold or gentle cycle, and air dry.
How do I add the poop bag rolls?
Open the zipper, inside of the bag, on the front panel, you will see two mesh pockets. You can place one roll in each pocket. Once the rolls are in, you may "thread" a bag through the small opening/hole on the outside of the bag.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy. That means you have 15 days after receiving your product to request and complete a return.
To process a return, please reach out to us via email at help@francesdogs.com. Make sure you provide your order number and "Return" in the subject line so we can better assist you.
As soon as we receive your return, we will process your refund to the payment method used in the original order. Please keep in mind returns will not be processed if the item(s) received are worn, damaged or altered.
Are returns free?
We are really sorry, but as a new small business, we cannot offer free returns. Shipping return costs will be covered by you and may vary based on your area. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We hope to cover returns in the near future, as our brand grows. Thanks for understanding.
When will I get my refund?
Once we have received your item, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return and 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
We’ll send you an email when we have processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
How do I request an exchange?
We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We just ask that items be kept in new condition.
Please reach out to us via email at help@francesdogs.com with the subject line "Exchange" along with your order number. As soon as your request is submitted and approved, you’ll receive further instructions via email. All exchanges are subject to a non-refundable $4 restocking fee.
Please note if the items sent to us show signs of wear or damage, we won't process any exchanges.
I have an issue with my PlayWalk
We put the PlayWalk through a year of testing before launch, but every now and then, unexpected things come up.
If you receive a defective PlayWalk, please contact us right away at help@francesdogs.com so we can make it right.
This guarantee covers manufacturing and material defects only. It does not cover damage from:
- Chewing, cleaning, alterations, or modifications
- Normal wear and tear, or fire
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship everywhere in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain and Portugal.
We'll expand our shipping areas as we grow.
When will my order ship?
Most orders will be fulfilled and shipped out within 3 business days.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders of $100 and over.
If your order doesn't qualify for free shipping, shipping costs will automatically be calculated at check-out.
I haven't received my order
I'm so sorry you have not received your order! That's so frustrating.
Standard orders may take up to 8 business days to arrive. Express orders may take up to 3 business days to arrive.
If your order shows as "delivered" but it hasn't, please give it 2 business days to arrive. If the problem persists, contact us at help@francesdogs.com and provide us your order number along with an explanation of the issue so we can help.
Please note if the carrier has shared delivery proof, we are not responsible for any missing, lost or stolen orders.
Orders that are returned to us due to incorrect shipping information will be subject to shipping fees when re-shipping.
